Ralph Allen Finkbeiner

Ralph Allen Finkbeiner, age 83, of Sebewaing, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021 in the comfort of his own home.

Ralph was born in Brookfield Township (Owendale) July 18, 1937, to Alvin and Stella (Volz) Finkbeiner. He spent 8 years in the United States Army Reserves. On August 4, 1962, he married Sharon Stahl. Ralph worked many years for General Motors and retired in 1995. He enjoyed Wheel Horse Tractors, fishing and watching sports. He was a talented artist and wood crafter. Spending time with his grandchildren was his ultimate joy.

Ralph is survived by his two children: Scott Finkbeiner of Sebewaing and Lori Strieter of Unionville; grandchildren: Jonathon Heine, Tyler Strieter and Hunter Strieter; great granddaughter, Leah Heine; brothers-in-law: Max and Mary Meissner, Warren Meissner and Dennis and Diane Stahl; and many nieces and nephews.

Ralph is preceded in death by his wife, Sharon; a set of twins and 2 infants, Ralph and Kevin; his brother, Alvin Finkbeiner, Jr. of Bay City; and sister, Kay Koehler of Bay City.

Visitation will be Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 2-8pm.
