Ramona Parsons

Ramona Denise Parsons, age 44, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2011, surrounded by the love of her family, at Covenant Heath Care - Harrison. Ramona was born December 22, 1966 in Waco, Texas, the daughter of Kenneth & Kay (Nawara) Griffin. She was united in marriage with Bradford John Parsons on June 9, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada, and though their time was limited by Ramonas declining health, the time they were given by God will be forever cherished. Ramonas goal in life was to be a good mother, an ambition she accomplished. She was a terrific cook, enjoyed writing poetry and was very creative with crafts. Ramona is survived by her loving husband, Bradford John Parsons of Caro; four children, Austin Jones of Austin, Texas, Lincoln Jones of San Marcos, Texas, Rochelle Westover and her husband, Butch, of Caro, Adam Parsons currently stationed at a Naval Base in Oak Harbor, Washington; her mother, Kay Griffin of Waco, Texas; grandmother, Naomi Nawara of Waco, Texas; one brother and one sister, Bruce Wayne and Melissa, both of Waco, Texas; her parents-in-law, John & Doris Parsons of Caro; brother-in-law, Michael Parsons and his wife, Diane, of Midland; four step-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Ramona was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Griffin.
