Reginald Earl Vargo, Jr.

Reginald Earl Vargo, Jr., age 56 of Sebewaing, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 21, 2012. He was born on July 5, 1956 in Cass City to Reginald E. Sr. and Shirley (Papkey) Vargo. He married Peggy Radabaugh on April 8, 1977 at Owendale United Methodist Church.

Reginald worked 34 years at Huron Castings. He enjoyed golfing, camping, watching Sunday Lions Football games with Larry, and especially enjoyed activities with his family. He was also a member of Sons of American Legion in Sebewaing and attended the Owendale United Methodist Church.

Reginald is survived by his wife Peggy; mother, Shirley B. Brown; children, Melissa Ewald (fiance' Roger Ewald) and Cassie Vargo (friend Kyle Anderson); granddaughter, Ryleigh Mae Ewald; and siblings, Tina Spencer, Delbert Vargo, Deborah Supperville and John Vargo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Reginald Vargo, Sr.; sister, Mary Elizabeth Vargo; brother, George Vargo; and nephew, Kyle Spencer.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 25, 2012 at Owendale United Methodist Methodist Church in Owendale, with Rev. Cindy Parsons, pastor, officiating. Burial will take place at Grant Township Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the family.

A memorial visitation will take place from 12-8pm on Friday, August 24, 2012 at the Meyersieck-Bussema Funeral Home in Pigeon.

Visitation on Saturday will be at the church at 10am until the time of service at 11am
