Richard S. Little of Cass City, age 78, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Carey's Young at Heart AFC Home in Caro. He was born October 1, 1938, the son of the late Harry and Edith (McAuley) Little. Richard was a military veteran, and loved to travel. He was employed as a butcher, as well as a Spanish teacher at Yale. He was a Boy Scout leader for over forty years, and a member of the Cass City Lions Club. Richard provided aid to many civil service organizations in Cass City, orchestrated annual fund raisers and parades, and was awarded the Citizen of the Year. In keeping with Mr. Little's desire to aid in scientific research, his body has been donated to Wayne State University School of Medicine.
