Richard Taylor

Richard Harold Taylor, age 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at St. Marys of Michigan in Saginaw. He was born December 27, 1932 in Caro, the son of the late Clayton and Irene (Yager) Taylor. Richard was a long time Caro resident, where he was raised and attended Caro High School. He was employed with CSX Corporation for over thirty years. Richard will be lovingly remembered by his wife of fifty-four years, Gloria (Jewell) Taylor; one son and two daughters and their spouses, Bryan Taylor of Miami, Florida, Cheryl & Fred Nowak of Caro, Tonia & Samuel Barriger of Akron; and his four grandchildren, Patrick Nowak of Bay City, Tyler, Emily and Samantha Barriger of Akron. Richard is now reunited with his parents and his two sisters, Betty Perez and Donna Klenz. In keeping with Richards wishes, cremation has taken place, and no service will be held. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
