Rita Hitchings
Rita Fern Hitchings of Caro passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at the age of 91 years. She was born in Caro on April 16, 1915, the daughter of Scott and Fern (Cope) Campbell. She was married to Glenn E. Hitchings in 1933, and he preceded her in death in 1969. She was a life long member of the Caro United Methodist Church, and over the years served in numerous offices of the many womens
