Robert George Jerore

Robert George Jerore of Caro, age 93, passed away Thursday, August 13, 2026, with his daughter Connie by his side. Robert (Bob) was born May 26, 1933 in Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Daniel George Jerore and Ada Richards. He was united in marriage with Earlene Jerore in September of 1980, and she preceded him in death in October of 2021. Robert found comfort in living his life quietly with his wife and surrounded by family. He enjoyed writing poetry, drawing cars and daisy rifles on the computer, and wood burning. He was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force in December of 1959 after serving many years, including during the Korean War. Robert retired from GM on July 1, 1992, after more than thirty years with the company.

Left to cherish Robert’s memory are two daughters, Michelle & Dennis Gamet and Connie Jerore; sister, Louise & Peter Liehr; and several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents and wife, Earlene, Robert was preceded in death by his first wife, Nancy Dingus; and siblings, Richard, Kathleen, Eleanor, and Mary.

In keeping with Robert's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
