Robert Kenneth Stahl Jr.

Robert Kenneth Stahl Jr., 67, of Elkton, passed away Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at Scheurer Health in Pigeon.

Bob was born February 13, 1956 and graduated from Laker High School in 1974.  He served 10 years in the US Marine Corps, stationed in Japan, California and Virginia.  He retired from Axis Machining in Pigeon after over 20 years employment as a machinist.  He enjoyed building models, oil painting and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was a member of Son’s Life Missionary Church.

Bob is survived by his daughters Amanda Kester of Elkton and Courtney Stahl of Elkton; grandchildren Jasper, Cesilia, and Howard Kester; mother Carol Stahl of Bay Port; siblings Jane (Dennis) Himmel of Bay Port, Peggy (Neil Messing) Karl of Bad Axe, Bradley (Belinda) Stahl of Owendale, Illene (Edwin) Pasek of Owendale, Colleen (Terry) Smith of Pigeon, John Stahl of Bad Axe and Jason Stahl of Auburn; and the mother of his children Janice Gauthier of Bad Axe.  He was preceded in death by his father Robert Stahl Sr.

A memorial service will be at 10:30am, Friday, September 8 at Sons Life Missionary Church in Sebewaing.  Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
