Robin Pugh of Saginaw, age 64, passed away on Wednesday, September 19, 2018 at St. Mary's of Michigan in Saginaw. Robin was born May 16, 1954 in Caro, the daughter of the late Thomas and Lena (Wilder) Cockerill. She retired from Walbro/TI as an inspector after forty-two years of service. Robin loved watching squirrels and spending time with her two grandsons. She was a former member of the Caro Moose Lodge and spent many years on their bowling team. She also enjoyed rubber stamping and collecting Elvis Presley and cow memorabilia. Robin is survived by two daughters, Beverly Pugh of Saginaw, Tiffany Horning and her husband, Ronald, Jr., of Vassar; two grandsons, Jacob Green and his wife, Rachael, and Nathan Horning, both of Vassar; five siblings and their spouses, T-Bone & Vicky Cockerill of Minnesota, Timothy & Lisa Cockerill of Caro, Troy & Judy Cockerill of Caro, Martha Shelito of Caro, Tammy & Jeff Foor of Mayville. In addition to her parents, Robin was preceded in death by a sister, Cheryl Hess-Hoppe; grandmother, Dorothy Cockerill; and brother-in-law, Tom Shelito. The family will be present to receive friends at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Those planning on an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the Robin Pugh Family Discretionary Fund, c/o Beverly Pugh, 205 West Sherman Street, Caro, MI 48723, the American Diabetes Association, or the American Heart Association in memory of Robin.
