Robin Marie (Ainsworth) Shuck of Caro, age 72, passed away on October 4, 2026, while at Heritage Hill Assisted Living. She was born on December 3, 1953 in Flint, the daughter of the late Robert and Rosa (McKee) Ainsworth. She attended Bendle High School and graduated with the Class of 1972.
On December 30, 1971, Robin married the love of her life, David Shuck, Sr., in Flint. Together, they shared nearly fifty years of marriage before Dave’s passing on October 4, 2021.
Robin was the definition of a caring and devoted mother. She was always there for her children, offering unconditional love and support through every stage of their lives. That same devotion carried into her role as a grandmother. Her grandson was truly the twinkle in her eye, and she made it a point to be present for everything he did.
Robin also had a special way of making the holidays feel magical. Each year, she transformed her home for Christmas, filling it with decorations and warmth. Snowmen were an especially favorite part of her collection and often stayed on display long after winter had passed.
Robin had a deep appreciation for music of all kinds, but classic country and Gospel music held a special place in her heart. Music brought her great enjoyment and was often a part of her everyday life. She also had a fondness for collecting clocks, especially those that played a melody at the top of each hour, filling her home with another little touch of the music she loved.
When she wasn’t busy being Mom or Grandma, Robin enjoyed shopping and taking trips to the casino. She treasured the simple things that brought her happiness, but nothing meant more to her than the time she spent with her family.
Left to cherish Robin’s memory are her children and their spouse, April & Craig Innis and David & Kasey Shuck, Jr.; grandchildren, Austin Raymond and Elizabeth Onye; siblings and their spouses, Jaynee & Mike Link and Keith Ainsworth & Janet; and many beloved nieces and nephews. In addition, Robin will be welcomed into Heaven by her parents and her beloved husband, Dave, joining him exactly five years after his passing.
In accordance with Robin’s wishes cremation has taken place and there are no services planned at this time. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to The Alzheimer's Association - Greater Michigan Chapter.
