Robin Lyn Urban

Robin Lyn Urban of Myrtle Beach, age 67, passed away on September 7, 2022 surrounded by her family, after a courageous eighteen year battle with cancer. Robin was born May 17, 1955 in Caro, the daughter of the late Robert and Virginia (Fox) Garner. Robin graduated from Caro high school and went on to work in sales at Dolly Parton Entertainment. Robin was a dedicated parishioner of St. Andrew Catholic Church. She married the love of her life, Scott Urban on October 10, 1992. Together, they shared forty-one years and countless memories. Robin loved to travel and always enjoyed going to the beach. Her kind, loving, and caring soul will be missed for years to come. Robin leaves to cherish her memory her loving husband, Scott Urban; son, Justin R. (Jen) Fish; granddaughter, Iriana; sisters, Linda (Eric) Bitzer and Mary (Bobby) Haskins; nieces, Tina Huff & family, Monica Stover & her husband; Brittni Janeshek LaVine & family; nephew, Jason Bitzer & family; and several friends. Visitation will be held on Monday, September 12, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a 7:30 p.m. Vigil at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Indianfields Cemetery in Caro with Rev. Christopher Coman officiating.
