Ronald Moore

Ronald James Moore, age 61 of Caro, died in his home Monday, November 7, 2005 after a 10-year battle with Cancer. Respected and cherished by all, Ron was known for his generosity, a warm sense of humor and his unyielding passion for education. Rons journey began December 3, 1943 when he was welcomed into the world by Dorothy (Stocker) Moore Bollman and Donald Moore, both who preceded him in death. He was born in Pontiac, Michigan and remained there with his family until he graduated with Pontiac Central High Schools class of 1961. After, he served in the U.S. Air Force, stationed in Orlando, Florida until he received an honorable medical discharge in 1964. It was in Florida where he met the love of his life Lola Yvonne Booth, his wife of 37 years. Once married Ron returned to Michigan and began working for Consumers Energy. He retired in 2002 after nearly 40 years of service, serving the last 27 years in Tuscola County. In addition to his wife, Ron also leaves behind his pride and joy
