Rosalie "Rose" Kaatz

Rosalie Marie "Rose" Kaatz, loving mother and grandmother, passed away on September 16, 2018 from a severe illness, surrounded by her loving family, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Rose was born July 5, 1952 in Germany. She is survived by two children, Jeffrey LaFountain and his wife, Carrie, of Inkster, Christy Zechmeister/Wood family of Akron; sister, Pamela Maus of Belleville; brother, Steve Zimmerman family of Arizona. Rose was preceded in death by her mother, Elfriede Zimmerman; and one son, Joseph LaFountain. Private family services have been held.
