Rose Stuber

Rose Stuber, age 83, of Gagetown, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2010 at Covenant Health Care - Harrison in Saginaw. She was born on April 1, 1927 to the late John and Mary Bosaka. Rose Boaska married Stanley Garbacz, and he preceded her in death in 1998. Rose enjoyed bingo and going to the casino. She is survived by two daughters and three sons, Stanley Garbacz, Jr., Julie (Leo, Sr.) Spencer, Joe Garbacz, John Gargacz, and Alice Stuber; her grandchildren, Leo, Jr., Rosemary, Adam, Michael, Francie, Freddie, Roseanne, Crystal, Linda, Jody, James; her great-grandchildren; and a special niece, Lily Teeple. She was preceded in death by three sisters and four brothers. The funeral service will be held at the Collon Funeral Home in Caro on Friday, September 17, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dennis Kucharczyk. Burial will be at Almer Township Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the Collon Funeral Home on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the Rose Stuber family discretionary fund.
