Roy Fritz

Roy Allen Fritz, Jr., age 42, died suddenly Thursday, November 1, 2007 at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. He was born December 14, 1964 in Saginaw, the son of Roy and Veronica (Israel) Fritz, and grew up in the Kingston area, attending Kingston High School. Roy was an avid sports fan, especially of University of Michigan sports. Roys heart was bigger than life as well as his sense of humor. His love will be greatly missed by his family. He married the former Carrie OKelly on February 14, 1998 in Caro. In addition to his wife, Roy is survived by his children and their spouses, Roy III of Texas, Cindi (Kevin) of Arizona, Jesse, Crystal, Ryan, Justan, Abby and Roy IV, all of Michigan; a new grandson, Aryan; his parents, Roy & Veronica Fritz; three brothers, three sisters and their spouses, Tessie (Rich) Ulin, Herman Fritz of Indiana, Veronica (Bryan) Kuhl of Indiana, Rex (Chris) Fritz, Lena (Charles) Mossner and Bill Fritz, all of Michigan; his mother-in-law, Lorraine Hampel; two sisters-in-law, Heather (Dario) Torrez, Shawn (Scott) Hatchett; two brothers-in-law, Paul and Derek (Hieka) Hampel and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Roy was preceded in death by three of his children, Michael, Joshua and Penny and by his father-in-law, David Hampel
