Russell Monroe

Russell Monroe of Caro, age 90, passed away on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Medilodge in Cass City. Russell was born May 31, 1926 in East Tawas, the son of the late Charles and Charlotte (Brown) Monroe. He is survived by two sisters, Vicki Rosenberry of Lake City, and Arlene Heinlein of Caro. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 9, 2016 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Rev. Cameron Steele officiating.
