Sally L. Gibor

Sally L. Gibor of Cass City, age 86, passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, November 5, 2021. Sally was born August 13, 1935 in Detroit, the daughter of the late George & Pearl (Champange) Gibor. For many years, she owned and operated "Care At Home," a home health care agency. Sally also volunteered with the Lions Club and enjoyed playing euchre, bingo, and visiting the casino. Spare time was also spent playing board games of any kind, quilting, drawing, and watching black and white movies. Left to cherish Sally's memory are three children and their spouses, Aaron & Brenda Larkin of Caro, Julie & George Holmes of Cass City, Rick & Emilie McCarthy of Caro; nine grandchildren, Jessica, Joseph, Brandon, Miranda, Melanie, Derrick, Tanner, Abbey, Brody; several great-grandchildren; two siblings and their spouses, Sandy & Barney Cardella, Geoffrey & Linda Gibor; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by a son, Dennis Larkin. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, November 8, 2021 at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro with Rev. Michele Hile officiating. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Caro.
