Scott Stahl

Scott Stahl of Cass City, age 49, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at his home. Scott was born August 11, 1971 in Saginaw, the son of the late Charles & Charlotte (Campbell) Stahl. He was raised in Saginaw and worked for many years in apartment maintenance in that area. He later took a position with Regency Plastics in Ubly and just recently began working at Little Caesars in Cass City. Scott was united in marriage with Kandy Searles on May 28, 2016 and she survives. Scott was perhaps the most fanatical Detroit Lions Fan to have ever lived, proving what a patient man he was. His home was adorned with as much Honolulu Blue as he could find and even his wedding colors were made to match his beloved Lions. He'll be remembered as a man that could fix anything and was a talented woodworker, most recently building picture frames and squirrel feeders. He was a devoted husband and father, always looking for ways to express his love. Scott enjoyed a cold beer when he was grilling outside or watching a thunderstorm, and rarely missed an episode of BattleBots on television. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Kandy Stahl of Cass City; six children, Gabbie (Natalie) Harp of Saginaw, Tony Stahl of Saginaw, Alexia Stahl, Harly Searles, Johnathan Garwold, Gina Garwold, all of Cass City; three grandchildren, Isaiah, Jamie, and Kaiser; stepbrother, Bill Dow of Saginaw; two aunts and an uncle, Lisa Lewicki of Saginaw, Roberta Parrish of Flint, Rocky (Mary) Campbell of Caro; and many nieces and nephews. In keeping with Scott's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to the family, c/o Kandy Stahl, 205 West Sherman Street, Caro, MI 48723.
