Sharon Lopez

Sharon M. Lopez, age 63, passed away suddenly on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her residence. Sharon Sharp was born on June 8, 1948 in Owosso to the late Thomas and Alta (Shimmons) Sharp. She moved to Tuscola County as a youngster. Sharon was a Caro High School graduate and in her earlier years, was employed at the Clark Canning Company where she met Anastacio Lopez whom she married on April 14, 1967 in Caro. Anastacio preceded her in death on August 16, 1997. She loved to read, crossword puzzles, enjoyed garage sales and Jeopardy as well as a commitment to her kids and grandchildren. Surviving Sharon are her children, Sharon (Rob) DeJaynes of Decatur, Illinois, Dolores (Rick) Elrod of Caro, Al (Theresa) Lopez of Vassar, Thomas (Danielle) Lopez of Caro, George (Joy) Lopez of Lansing, Mark and Paul Lopez at home, Elaine and Steven Elwood II of Caro, James Lopez and his fianc
