Sharon Grace Pethers

Sharon G. Pethers, 74, of Kinde, died unexpectedly Sunday, September 13, 2015 at Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon.

Sharon was born November 12, 1940 in Ferndale. She graduated from Northville High School in 1958. She married Clayton A. Pethers on April 22, 1960 in Detroit. She retired as a bookkeeper from Northville Downs. Having had a cottage in Lake Township for many years, she moved there permanently in 2003. She was an active member of the Caseville Eagles Auxiliary and Port Austin American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed music and gardening.

She is survived by her husband Clayton “Cap;” children Jodi (Jose) Oyervidez of Kinde, Clayton A. II (Brenda) of Kinde and Mindi (Gene) Capuzzi of Florida; grandchildren Ashton, Trent, Courtney and Colton; mother Rachel Hill of Northville; brother Daley (Sherry) Hill of Northville and sister Beverly Caligurri of Florida.

Cremation has taken place, no services are planned.
