Sherri Lynne Decker

Sherri Lynne Decker of Gagetown, age 56, passed away on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Covenant Medical Center - Harrison in Saginaw. Sherri was born May 3, 1965 in Saginaw, the daughter of the late Clarence & Marie (Bolf) Decker. She graduated from Caro High School with the class of 1983 and spent over twenty years caring for the developmentally disabled at an AFC Homes in Vassar and Cass City. Sherri's entire life centered around her family and she loved time spent with them at barbeques, picnics, on the pontoon boat, or camping. She was an outstanding cook and takes with her many irreplaceable recipes. Sherri also loved animals and had a soft spot for strays. Spare time was often spent reading, watching movies, or calling Bingo games all around Caro. Left to cherish Sherri's memory are four children, George Decker of Gagetown, Randy Decker of Cass City, Steven Decker of Gagetown, Nicole Ames of Deford; three grandchildren, Spring, Bryson, and Renton; and one sister, Renee Bolf of Caro.
