Sherry Lee Kovick

Sherry L. Kovick, age 78, of Caseville, died Friday, April 4, at Scheurer Hospital, Pigeon.
She was born March 19, 1926 in Detroit to the late Thomas and Ann (Boran) Haigh.
Mrs. Kovick was a court stenographer in Wayne County until 1988, at that point she became the manager of a HUD apartment complex in Southfield. In 1996, she retired and on Labor Day that year she and her husband moved to Caseville.
She was a member and Eucharistic minister at St. Roch Catholic Church, Caseville and a member of the Caseville Eagles Auxiliary. Sherry enjoyed knitting and doing needlepoint.
Surviving are her husband of 51 years, William Kovick; a son, Tom Smith; her daughter, Sherry Ann Jacobs of Chesterson, IN; a grandson Robert (Shelly) Jacobs of Ann Arbor and a great grandson, Adrian Jacobs.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services at this time. Memorials may be directed to the family.
