Sherry Ann Langley

Sherry Ann Lapka Langley, 47, of Caseville died Thursday, July 19, 2018 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.

Sherry was born July 28, 1970 in Pigeon to Ruth Ann (Naffien) and the late Joseph Lapka.  She graduated from Caseville High School in 1989.  She married Gregory Langley June 4, 2011 in Bad Axe.

Sherry was an active member of the Caseville Eagles Auxiliary and the Port Austin American Legion Auxiliary.  She was employed at Denny Smith Farms and previously worked at the family’s Walt’s Restaurant in Caseville.  She loved the outdoors:  hunting, fishing and gardening.

She is survived by her husband Gregory; son Andrew (Sally) Peters of Pigeon; step-son Sawyer (Bella) Langley of Caro; mother Ruth Ann Lapka of Caseville; sisters Carrie (Darin) Sprague and Brenda (Dave) Anczewski, both of Caseville; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 1:00pm Saturday, July 28 ^th (her birthday) at the Caseville Eagles Club.  Memorials may be given to the family.  Champagne Funeral Chapel is handling the arrangements.
