Sherry Lynne Lester

Sherry Lynne Lester of Caro, age 62, passed away on the morning of Saturday, September 2, 2023 at her home, surrounded by her loving family. Sherry was born on October 24, 1960 in Cass City, the daughter of Mary Miller of Caro. She graduated from Caro high school with the class of 1978. Sherry enjoyed playing card games, word searches, and watching game shows. She always liked to listen to music and loved to sing. When people came to visit, her smile would light up the room, she loved having company. Being with her family was her happy place. Sherry will be missed dearly for years to come.

Sherry leaves to cherish her memory, her mother Mary Miller, her daughter, Heather (Lucas) Sheridan; grandchildren, Drue Pisha, Garrett (fiancé, Rylee Davis) Sheridan, and Morgan Sheridan; sisters, Laura (Steven) Sadro, Michelle (Benjamin) Thompson, and Tammy (Dwain) Ewald; four nieces and five great-nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ransford Collon Funeral Home in Caro. Rev. Michele Hile will officiate with burial following at Novesta Twp. Cemetery. The family will be present to receive visitors from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Sherry’s 11:00 a.m. funeral service.
