Shirley Ann Hill

Shirley A. Hill, age 55, died Monday afternoon, June 2, at Huron Medical Center, Bad Axe, after suffering an apparent heart attack.
She was born February 16, 1948, in Pigeon to the late Charles and Marie (Klee) Maxwell.
Shirley has lived in Huron County all her life, she is a graduate of Port Austin High School. She made her living by providing home care as a nurse aide.
She was united in marriage to Rowland Hill in Pontiac, he preceded her in death March 31, 1999.
She was a member of the Caseville Eagle Auxiliary, and enjoyed playing cards and visiting friends.
Surviving are two brothers, Fred (Barbara) Maxwell of Pigeon and Dale (Betty) Maxwell of Bad Axe; several nieces and nephews; special friend, Gary Horn; and six stepchildren. She was preceded in death by her sister, Delores Karle.
Memorial services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, June 6, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Caseville. Rev. Michael Quayle, pastor of Caseville United Methodist Church will officiate with burial in Grandlawn Cemetery, Pigeon.
