Shirley Ann Kusek

Shirley Ann Kusek of Caro, age 71, passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2020. Shirley was born November 30, 1948 in Caro, the daughter of the late Edward W. & Mary (Sochocki) Kusek and graduated from Caro High School with the class of 1966. She possessed a warm spirit and an infectious smile. Her love of food was disguised by her small stature. Shirley was always quick with a joke and enjoyed taking walks. She was also known to spoil her dog, Mack, and cat, Fluff Fluff. Left to cherish Shirley's memory are one brother and his wife, Edward & Maureen Kusek of Caro; four nieces, nephews, and their spouses, Kelly & Tom Maher of Attica, Brenda & Scott Schenk of Mayville, Christopher Kusek of Caro, Charles Heritier of Sebewaing; one great-nephew and great-niece, Ethan Schenk and Jordan A. Mault; and many cousins. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by one brother, Robert V. Kusek. In keeping with Shirley's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
