Shirley Spaulding

Shirley Spaulding, age 75, passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 at Covenant-Cooper Medical Center in Saginaw. She was born November 7, 1935 in Caro to the late Warren and Doris (Coleman) Little. Shirley was a lifelong resident of Tuscola County. She lived on a farm in Juniata Township until her marriage to Ray Spaulding on May 23, 1958 in Reese. Shirley was a homemaker all of her married life. She enjoyed her family, baking, and word searches. Surviving Shirley is her husband, Ray; one son, Ron (Jan) Spaulding of Cass City and a daughter, Sherry (Dale) Will of Caro; three grandchildren, Kristina (Dirk) Hartman of Unionville, Corey and Kyle Will of Caro; two great-grandchildren, Hunter and Logan Hartman, both at home; two sisters, Doris Dyer of Caro and Helen Mannor of Maybee; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by one sister, Josephine Snay and one brother in WWII.
