Stefan Zechmeister

Stefan Zechmeister of Caro, age 64, passed away on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Fisher Senior Care and Rehab in Mayville. Steve was born December 3, 1954 in Dearborn, the son of Peter & Katherina (Bellfinger) Zechmeister. He was a hard worker that had several jobs throughout his life. He was always open to learning new trades, and despite several ups and downs, he lived life his way. In his spare time, Steve enjoyed hunting and fishing. In addition to his parents, Steve is survived by two brothers, Joseph (Clayette) Zechmeister of Caro, Tony Zechmeister of Caro; and his many loving nieces and nephews. In keeping with Steve's wishes, cremation has taken place.
