Stella V. Ludwig
Stella Virginia Pluto Ludwig, age 81, of Sebewaing, passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at Scheurer Long term care in Pigeon, MI. She was born on May 5, 1931 to John Cuipiniski and Mary Pluto in Sheridan Township of Huron County. She graduated from Sebewaing High School in 1950. Stella married Ralph Ludwig on September 29, 1951.
She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Sebewaing. She held many jobs outside of her home, some of which were at Luke's Bakery and Sporty's. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, baking, and listening to polka music.
Stella is survived by a son, David (Colleen) Ludwig of Clio and a daughter, Debra (Neal) Myers of Sebewaing; four grandchildren, Trisha Sweitzer, Tracey (Tom) Ludwig, Kelly (Nick) Linzner, and Michael Myers; five great grandchildren, Brianna, Aryanna, Cayleb, Blayne, and Brody; two sisters, Clara Story and Helen Herman; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by two sisters and five brothers.
Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory in Bay City.
The family will be receiving guests for a period of visitation at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing on Friday, February 22, 2013, from 2-8pm. There will be a private service at a later date.
Memorials may be given to the charity of your choice.
