Stephanie Ann (Holzwart) Collins, age 45, of Frankenmuth, passed away Wednesday evening, October 24, 2012.
Stephanie was born December 19, 1966 to the late William Edward Holzwart and the late Linda Ann (Warner) Pataky. She is a 1985 graduate of USA High School. She worked many years with the airline and travel industries. She participated in many bike-a-thons raising money for the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation. She had logged almost 1,000 miles this year alone on her bike. She also enjoyed traveling and spending time with her dog, Bonnie.
Stephanie is survived by her siblings: Scott (Cindy) Holzwart, Rick (Diana) Osterbeck, Ann (Matt) Terril, Paul (Audrey) Osterbeck and Bill (Kathleen) Patakay of Kalisville, MT; her stepmother, Elizabeth Holzwart; grandparents, Arthur and Ann Warner. She was the proud aunt of David, Nicholas, Katherine & Kimberly Holzwart, Daniel (Pam) & Alex Osterbeck, Jennica & Kevin Collon & Chris Terril, Amanda & Nicole Osterbeck; and many great nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Linda Pataky; her father, William Holzwart; stepfather, Ronald Pataky, and nephew, Matt Terril, Jr.
Memorial visitation will take place Monday, October 29, 2012 at Juengel & Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 1-9pm.
The memorial service will be Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the funeral home. Visitation will begin at 10am until the time of service at 11am.
Memorial donations may be given to the family discretionary fund.
