Susan Alexander

Susan Alexander, age 53, of Court Street, Caro, passed away on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, at Caro Community Hospital. She was born on April 26, 1952 in Caro, moved away for a number of years, and returned in 1970. She was a graduate of Whittemore-Prescott High School. On July 25, 1970, the former Susan Reamer married Robert Alexander in Vassar. Sue spent most of her working life involved in patient care, most recently at Hilltop House in Caro. She was involved in Scouting and youth activities and enjoyed her grandchildren and dancing. She was a member of the Methodist faith and the Caro Eagles Auxiliary Aerie #3587. She is survived by her husband, Robert; three children, Ronda (Mike) Griffith of Newport News, Virginia, Tabitha (Tim) Hartman of Akron, Les Alexander (fiance Tonya Plummer); five grand-daughters, Maiya, Marissa, Darion, Courtney and Alexis; her father, Ivan Reamer of Caro; a brother, Dennis Reamer of Caro; and several nieces and nephews. Sue was preceded in death by her mother, June Reamer; and a sister-in-law, Kris Reamer. Duane Miller, Officiating Burial will be: AT: Demorest Cemetery, Akron Visitation will be: AT: Collon Funeral Home in Caro ON: Friday, October 14, 2005 from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. AND: Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. Memorials may be made to the Susan Alexander family discretionary fund, c/o Robert Alexander.
