Susan Jane Gremel

Susan Jane Gremel , age 68, of Sebewaing, passed away January 11, 2023, at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.

Susan was born in Bad Axe on June 25, 1954, to Clarence and Hannah (Gallow) Gremel. She is a lifelong member of Immanuel Lutheran Church where she attended school and was confirmed in 1968. She graduated from Sebewaing High School, Class of 1972. After high school, she graduated from Central Michigan University in 1976 with a BS in Education. She was employed by the USA Schools for 25 years, retiring in 2001. She enjoyed bowling, gardening, reading, cross stitch, all animals and watching the Detroit Tigers.

Susan is survived by her sister, Lori Gremel of San Diego, CA, cousins, friends and her dear cats.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Hannah Gremel.

Visitation will be Friday, January 13, 2023 from 9am to 11am at Juengel-Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing.

The funeral service will be Friday at the funeral home at 11am. Pastor Michael Boyer will be officiating.

Burial will take place privately at Northlawn Cemetery in Sebewaing.
