Taylor James Heck

Taylor James Heck, 13 of Pigeon, passed away Saturday evening, July 27, 2013 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident near Pigeon.
Taylor was born June 16, 2000, the son of Jessica (Langley) and Joshua Heck. He was raised in the Pigeon area. Taylor had just completed the sixth grade at Laker Middle School. He had a happy-go-lucky personality and loved to make people laugh and smile. Taylor loved to spend time with his family, friends and especially enjoyed playing in the river near his home.
He is survived by his brothers, Jacob, Christian and Jarid; a nephew, Gunner; his grandparents, Marcia Langley and Donald and Nancy Heck; uncles, Jacob Heck, Dennis, Kirk, Brian, Patrick, Kevin and Eric Langley; aunts, Shelley and Carol Langley; as well as many cousins. Taylor was preceded in death by his parents, Jessica and Joshua; grandparents, Walter Langley, Raymond Heck, Robert Voss, Luella Voss-Gillingham; and a cousin, Brooke Langley.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 2, 2013 at Cross Lutheran Church, with Rev.Timothy Loehrke, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Grandlawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Cross Lutheran Church or Laker FFA.
