Terry A Proper, age 51, of Unionville died Saturday evening, October 24, at the home of her fiancée in Prescott while under hospice care.
She was born November 4, 1963 in Pigeon to the late Omer and Ann (Karle) Proper. Terry grew up in the Pigeon area and graduated from Laker High School in 1982.
She worked at Winders in Port Austin making vials for levels, and then in 1996, she began working at Tower Automotive, Elkton. Terry was forced to retire in 2007 for health reasons.
Terry enjoyed making crafts, baking and cooking for her family and helping others.
Surviving are her fiancée, Sam LaPan of Prescott; three children, Kala McCrimmon, Cody Craig and Tyler Proper all of Unionville; a grandson, Lukas and two sisters, Joan (Ralph) Krueger of Lake Wales, FL and Ellen Proper of Sebewaing.
Preceding her in death was a brother, Nicholas Proper.
In keeping with her wishes there will be no visitation or services at this time. Burial will be with her parents in Grandlawn Cemetery.
