Terry Lee Dressler

Terry Lee Dressler, age 64, of Sebewaing passed away Saturday morning, March 27, 2021.

Terry was born in Bay City on February 12, 1957, to Harold and Doris (Eichler) Dressler. After graduating from USA School in Sebewaing in 1975, he received his Associates degree in Accounting from Delta College. Terry married the love of his life, Ruth Ann Richard on August 18, 1991.

Terry farmed for 25 years on his family's centennial farm.  After farming, he worked as an electrician for Michigan Sugar Company in Sebewaing for 20+ years. In his younger years, Terry enjoyed snowmobiling and riding motorcycles. He enjoyed traveling, boating, gardening, antiquing, being outdoors in nature and woodworking. He and Ruth enjoyed building and designing a home on the water in Harbor Beach where they watched the sunsets and enjoyed the full moon. Terry was looking forward to retirement in the mountains out east and building another dream home in Massachusetts. Terry enjoyed taking time to enjoy the fruits of his labor with his family and friends. You can honor Terry by raising your glass the next time you see a sunset or a full moon.

Terry is survived by his wife, Ruth; brother, Duane (Carmen) Dressler; Ruth's siblings: Mark (Carol) Richard, Jane Jones, Gail (Milan) Mueller and Eric (Cindy) Richard; nieces and nephews: Chris and Daniella Wolford, Jessica and Nicole Dressler; Ruth's nieces and nephews: Adam and Michelle Richard, Sara and Jon Abelson, Dana Jones, Serena and Sally Mueller, Sara, Allie and Marissa Richard; and many cousins and friends.

Terry is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Sandra (John) Wolford and nephew, Todd Richard; and his in-laws: Bill and Betty Richard.

Cremation has taken place. A visitation is planned for Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at Juengel-Mellendorf Funeral Home in Sebewaing from 10am-2pm.
