Theodore L. "Ted" Mcclintock

Theodore L. "Ted" McClintock of Caro, age 89, passed away on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 at Saginaw Senior Care & Rehab Center in Saginaw. Ted was born February 25, 1931 in Pontiac, the fourth of five children born to the late Theodore A. and Linda (Bean) McClintock. Ted enlisted in the U.S. Navy in 1951 and made the Navy his career, retiring in 1973 as an HMCS. Soon after his retirement, he went to work at the VA Medical Center in Saginaw as a laboratory technician for twenty years, retiring in 1993. Ted was a sportsman and enjoyed the outdoors and especially loved spending time with family and friends. Ted is survived by his loving wife of sixty years, Marilyn McClintock of Caro; brother-in-law, Julius Malis and his wife, Sandra; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by all four of his siblings, Kenneth and Richard McClintock, Thelma Stottlemyer and Ermal Spangler. In keeping with Ted's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorial contributions to their favorite charity.
