Thomas Arlan Lambert

Thomas Arlan Lambert , age 71, of Unionville, entered this world on June 20, 1951, the son of Allen and Leone (Eilers) Lambert. He was joined shortly thereafter by his twin brother, Terry Allen Lambert, and welcomed by their big sister, Royeen.

Tom attended Caro High School, graduating class of 1969 with honors. He enjoyed time with a large close extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Stories of their exploits enliven family reunions to this day.

Tom graduated from MSU with a degree in criminal justice and worked for the State of Michigan as a Treasury Agent. He later worked at the Bay County Juvenile Home as a Director.

Tom married his beloved wife Mary Lynne Rose on June 13, 2008, and shared 29 happy years together.

Tom died unexpectedly on November 18, 2022 at his home. He was welcomed by his late parents, sister and brother-in-law, Royeen and George Heins.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Lynne; daughters, Taylor Lambert of Caro, Lori Sanders of Caro and Ginger (Will) Clayton of Alabama; grandsons, Logan Lambert and Miles Sanders; granddaughters: Lilly Sanders, Adalin Sanders and Charity Sanders; brother, Terry (Marsha) Lambert; sister-in-law: Carol (Bill) Deters; nephew, David Heins; niece, Tammy (Dale) Allen; and great niece and nephew, Kylin and Davison Heins; many special cousins; and faithful dog, Olive.

Cremation has taken place. A memorial service is planned for March 11, 2023, at the Sebewaing American Legion, 8255 Unionville Rd., Sebewaing, at 1:00pm.
