Thomas Leo Nadeau

Thomas Leo Nadeau, age 78, of Oak Beach, died suddenly Thursday, November 22, 2007 at his home.

Tom was born December 9, 1928 in Detroit to the late Charles and Elsie (Gleason) Nadeau. He was a veteran of the US Army and retired from the US Postal Service in 1983 after over 30 years as a letter carrier in Detroit. In 1984 he moved to Lake Township.

He was a member of St. Roch Catholic Church and the Redford American Legion, Post #0271. He enjoyed working crossword puzzles.

Tom is survived by his sisters Peggy (Casey) Bielaczyc of Caseville and Joan Kogutz of Wyandotte; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Charles E. Jr.

A memorial mass will be at 1:00 PM Saturday, April 19, 2008 at St. Roch Catholic Church, Caseville with Fr. Ken Yaroch presiding. Military honors will be provided by the Caseville American Legion. Following the Mass, there will be a luncheon at the Caseville Eagles.

Memorials may be made to the St. Roch Food Pantry.
