Tracy Jo Janik, age 40 of Pigeon, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 5, 2012 at McLaren Bay Region in Bay City.
She was born at Scheurer Hospital in Pigeon on October 29, 1971 to Charles Glenn and JoAnn (Ruth) Wisenbaugh. She was a 1990 graduate of Laker High School, and attended Great Lakes College, Bad Axe. On July 29, 2000 she was married to Gregory M. Janik at Red Lodge, Montana. He survives her.
Tracy was a lifelong resident of Huron County, and worked at Scheurer Hospital for more than 12 years. She enjoyed planting flowers, shopping, and helping her friends.
In addition to her husband, Greg, she is survived by her parents, Charles and JoAnn Wisenbaugh of Pigeon; two sisters, Karen Gaeth of Pigeon and Brenda Kappen of Freeland; a brother, Dave (Karen) Wisenbaugh of Linkville; in-laws, Henry and Nancy Janik of Bad Axe; three brothers-in-law, John Janik, Chris Janik, and Larry (Julie) Janik, all of Bad Axe; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles; and many friends.
The Funeral Service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at the Meyersieck-Bussema Funeral Home, Pigeon, with Fr. John Weis officiating. Burial will be in Grandlawn Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Scheurer Hospital.

Monday, April 9 6-8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 10 1-8:00 p.m.
Wednesday, April 11 10:00 a.m. until the service time of 11 a.m.
