Ty W. Bucholtz-Jock, age 5, of Port Austin, left his earthly family and friends to be with his heavenly Father on Wednesday, December, 30, 2009 at his home.

Ty was born May 17, 2004 in Bad Axe to Tandy Bucholtz and Lynn Jock. His favorite things were zerberts, kisses, hugs, music and his sister reading and singing to him, and playing her clarinet. He loved tickles, laughter, loud noises, and spending time and going for massages with his dad.

He is survived by his mother Tandy Bucholtz of Port Austin and father Lynn Jock of Harbor Beach; a sister Sabrina; maternal grandmother Linda Bucholtz and her special friend Chobe Yaroch of Port Austin; paternal grandparents Lawrence Jock of Port Hope and Jane Wilson of Lapeer; step-grandmother Bertha Jock of Bad Axe; uncles Jeffrey Bucholtz and his special friend Shelly Black of Bay City, Domanic (Heidi) Jock of Ruth; aunts Kelly Capizzi and her special friend David Hill of Harbor Beach, Lisa Seoviac, Danetta (Dave) Snow of Ubly, Amy (Ed) Herek of Bad Axe, and Lori Wisenbaugh of Bad Axe; cousins Brittany, Danielle, Jacklyn, Morgan, Janelle, Garrett, Mason, Damon, Garron, Connor, and Michala.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Wilfred "Butch" Bucholtz.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Saturday, January 2, 2010 at New Life Ministries Church in Filion with Rev. Ronald Landenberg officiating. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery in Rubicon Township.

Visitation will be 2-8 pm Friday at the Champagne Funeral Chapel of Elkton and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.
