Vickie A. Wurst

Vickie A. Wurst, age 49, of Pigeon died Tuesday evening, May 21, at Bay Medical Center, Bay City.
She was born September 29, 1952 in Bad Axe and grew up in the Kinde area. Vickie lived in Huron County all her life raising three children.
Vickie was a homemaker, but was also employed in the family business, Berne Enterprises as a key person in environmental quality. She attended St. Roch Catholic Church, Caseville and enjoyed playing bingo, playing with her dog “Mokie’ but most especially spending time with her family.
Surviving are her husband, Keith; three children, daughter, Kelly Greene of Clinton Twp.; sons, Bryon Kanyak of Caseville and Tony Kanyak of Pigeon; her grandson, Corey; her mother, Arlene Wallace of Kinde; two sisters, Roxanne Dzuirgot of Redford and Kim Dukakis of Taylor and two brothers, Jim Kerr of Redford and Bill Kerr of Riverview.
A memorial service will be conducted1:00 PM Friday, May 24, at the Champagne Funeral Chapel, Caseville where the family will receive friends from 10 AM until the service time Friday. Cremation has taken place at Sunset Valley Crematory.
Memorial may be given to Caseville Food Pantry at St Roch or the Caseville Eagles Special Gifts Fund.
