William Wesley Osborne

William W. Osborne, 81, of Caseville, passed away, Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Covenant Health Care Harrison in Saginaw.

Bill was born November 20, 1943 at home in Chandler Twp to the late Gene and Ruth (Anderson) Osborne.  He married Vivian Jessen on March 2, 1963 in Ohio.  He retired from Michigan Bell as a supervisor.  After retiring he moved from Kalamazoo to Caseville.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, singing, volunteering at Bay Shore Camp and for Emmaus Walks.  He was a member of Top of the Thumb Leisure Ministries, and sang with All for Hymn.  He used his gift of singing at church, funerals, and weddings.

Bill is survived by his wife Vivian; children William Tod of Lapeer, Gene (Lorie) of Kalamazoo, and Ruth of Bay City; grandchildren Stephanie (Chris) Sagy, Laura (Alex Keeter), Matthew, Celestine Gettys, Maximillian, Timothy, and Emerson Marshall; great-grandchildren Dylan Sagy, Reagan Benoit, and Mason Sagy; siblings Lois Kienholz and Jerry (Norma).  He was preceded in death by his siblings Donald, Robert, Jack, Dorothy, Mildred, June, Marjory, and Arthur.

A memorial service will be 11:00am Saturday, March 15th at St. Paul Methodist Church in Elkton with Barry Maust officiating.  Urn interment will be in Grand Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be 10-11 at the church prior to the service. Memorials may be made to Bay Shore Camp.
