William H. Rumsey
William H. Rumsey of Caro, age 80, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at his home. William was born August 22, 1939 in East Chicago, Indiana, the son of the late Leonard and Doris (Gingery) Rumsey. He was united in marriage with the former Barbara Lumley, and she survives. Other survivors include five daughters and three sons; and his special baby girl, Boston Terrier, Eboni. In keeping with William's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
